Donisthorpe Multi-Agency Patch Walk

PCSO Maddie joined Cat Ridgeway from North West Leicestershire District Council and members of the Parish Council for a patch walk around Donisthorpe Memorial Gardens and the surrounding areas.  The walk was arranged following recent reports of anti-social behaviour, including damage within the Memorial Gardens, the removal of coping stones from a wall which were subsequently thrown into the road, creating a potential risk to road users, and further anti-social behaviour within the local cemetery.

Working together with our partner agencies allows us to identify concerns within the community, discuss potential solutions, and take positive action to address issues affecting local residents 

We will continue to carry out regular patrols in the area and work closely with our partners to tackle anti-social behaviour. Those found to be engaging in such behaviour will be dealt with appropriately and proportionately 

We would like to thank residents for continuing to report concerns and encourage anyone who witnesses anti-social behaviour to report it so that we can take the necessary action.
